Refund Policy:
The Millet Man cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. Any item which has not been opened or used is eligible for refund if shipped within 30 days of the order being placed.  Refunds will be issued upon inspection of the item(s).  Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a mistake made by The Millet Man.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping Times
All orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays.  Orders placed by 12:00pm CST on business days will ship that day, orders placed after this time have no guarantee of shipping the same day but will ship the next business day.  This includes expedited shipping methods. Any orders that are received for "local delivery" by The Millet Man will be out for delivery on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, except for federal holidays.

Delivery Times
The Millet Man does not guarantee date of delivery on expedited shipping methods, only on shipment of the order.  Once it leaves our facility, we do not have control of the package.  If an order is late or lost, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.  However, once your order has been scanned by the carrier, it is in their possession and is now their responsibility, not The Millet Man's.
